quick and to the point, math section which was pretty hard. focus on leadership, analytics. You meet with 4-5 leaders and are asked a variety of questions in many differnt areas.
Was flown in for in-person interview. Group of candidates were interviewing the same day and we cycled through rounds of interviews. I believe interviewers were a mix of HR and people in the similar role.

Amazon follows Leadership Principles in day to day operations. On their website they listed their all leadership principles. They will pick 2-3 leadership principles closer to matching role and will ask releted questions based on that during whole interview.
