Too easy... fill out an application and take an assessment. Upon successful completion of the assessment, you get invited to a "Hiring Event." The "Hiring Event" consists of a drug test and video, with a few introductions from the H.R. staff. They describe benefits and work environment. Pass the drug test and a background check and you have a job!
Was bare minimum. Just applied for the job through the app and then had to shore up to do the drug test. It was the easiest job applying experience I have ever had

Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
