Ich hatte ein Telefoninterview, ein erstes Screening-Gespräch mit einem HR-Vertreter von Amazon, um grundlegende Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen zu überprüfen. Es ging nicht besonders in die Tiefe, wir haben vor allem über meine letzten Stationen gesprochen und was mir wichtig wäre für meinen ersten Schritt. Das Ganze hat keine 30 Min. gedauert.

I went through a marathon of interviews. A total of 3 in the beginning and then an additional 6 in one day. The team seemed pretty unprofessional with many of them interviewing me from their bedrooms. Some of which had laundry on their beds. My last interviewer for the day had technical issues and could not get on. The team asked me to reschedule another interview for another day to which I agreed. Two days later I received a notification that they were not interested in my candidacy. I am totally okay with not being a good fit for their organization, I just believe their interview process was extremely unprofessional.
