I got to know about VCS from naukri.com which is a customer service chat process and requires good communication skills in English. First I got an versant test which tests your grammar and english skiils. I cracked it and eligible for the next round. It is about customer service how you understand the customer requirements. Then I recieved some links where I need to fill the details. Then a hr send a mail that I need to sit for voice test. I don't understand in job description it's completely states non voice process still this test. Well it's Amazon afterall given this test. Now result came from another hr that you didn't qualify the final round which was the voice test. I am very disappointed with this never thought that a customer service chat process would require voice test. This process took place from June 2020- September 2020. Average interview experience. But one thing I gonna suggest prepare yourself before you sit for voice test. This gonna be tuff because the accent is quite difficult to understand.
The interview took place virtually. The interviewer was very nice and the interview experience was great. She asked me about my background. Then she asked me whether I was award of the job profile.

There 4-5rounds of assessment English assessment, versant , simulation round , self assessment round and after clearing this rounds we will get Interview details It will take some time If in case we are not qualified in assessment we will get regret mail

Recruitment called 2 weeks after I applied and did a telephonic interview and scheduled an interview on Amazon Chime the next day, we did that and the following day I got indemnity forms for the background check all the documentation they needed.
