First interview is an on-site interview:
On this day, candidates go through online testing of reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
Once you pass these tests, you will be congratulated and go home.
Second interview is a phone interview which lasts 10 minutes max.
Here you are greeted with a member of the team, and are asked simple questions like what are your hobbies, and why are you interested in the offered position.

The interview process included an assessment and if you qualify for the assessment, a direct video based interview will be scheduled. They mainly observe the body language, patience, keeping their camera off mostly and with some simple question.
