I was contacted by a recruiter and had a brief 20 minute called. Asked standard admin questions (availability, salary expectation) and was then told a little more about the roll. I was then contacted by another HR member to organise two phone interviews. They were both 45 mins on the dot. The first we spoke a lot about my experience to-date, the second was mostly example based - tell me about a time when you did X or faced Y challenge. Both were heavily focused on why Amazon and why that role specifically. No questions on topics related to the role specifically.
