This was my first Interview for job....
There were 4 rounds
1. HR_Round: Here they ask Questions like tell me about yourself,why CSA? etc. in common Hall with nearly 50 interview cadidate to check your voice,confidence,pronounciation,daring and may be many more with comparisn with all around you.
I came out after this round and thats it.
Questions to other in the hall:
1.where do you live? 2.Hobbies? 3.How did you start your day? 4.privios salary?5.why did you leaved privious job? 6. How will manage 24/7 shift if you are mother/wife?...

Entrevista
The interview process included an assessment and if you qualify for the assessment, a direct video based interview will be scheduled. They mainly observe the body language, patience, keeping their camera off mostly and with some simple question.

It was an informal telephone interview where they ask casual questions and provides time to ask them questions regarding the job. If all is fine, they will offer you to sign the contract and will tell you an approximate start date.
