I was contacted by a recruiter due to my history and performance as a remote underwriter. Seems management knew who I was and familiar with my work ethics. He knew I could meet daily goals with no issues on my files. They also knew I would go out of my way to help clients and co-works get the job done. Always willing to go that extra mile when needed. Others would clock out on Fridays before time to leave with files still needing to be completed. I would stay and finish files so the company would not look bad or be hit with penalties from clients for not completing the work on the time frame required Clients liked my work and attitude that I would be willing to work with them on files for approval or issues with the file not getting approved. Showing alternative way to make a file work. Counter offer so to speak.
