I applied online, then got an email a few days later inviting me to a video interview. I was given 30 to 90 seconds per question to prepare and another minute or two to answer. I was a little nervous with the way speaking to the software to answer the questions.

1) Why did you choose your major? 2) Why did you choose your college or university? 3) What are you passionate about? 4) Describe an experience that demonstrates your leadership 5) In your own words, explain what AlphaSights do

Smooth and straightforward, provided clear instructions to questions and the hr was friendly and helpful. But I was being told that the result will come out in around 3-5 days, but I was not informed for over 2 weeks.

Straightforward process that includes a case study and roleplaying exercise. After applying I got an email asking me to do a psychometric test and then was asked to go through a phone screen with a recruiter.
pretty okay, a lot of cv related questions and about your experiences. also a lot of behavioural questions. would last about 30 mins with two people present In the meeting. it would be held online
