The selection process included 3 steps: aptitude, group discussion, and HR interview. The aptitude was easy, group discussion was easy too they gave topic to discuss on and later asked some technical questions to the group, HR round was easy too if you have proper soft skills and confidence. But in my case I lacked in soft skills and got rejected.
