1. I was first contacted by head hunter through Linked In because he noticed my qualifications matched the position at Alcon he was trying to fill.
2. The recruiter then called me and we discussed my qualifications and career interests.
3. Then I had a phone interview with two department managers at Alcon.
4. Finally an On-site interview which included 5 individual interviews and a facility tour.

Very bad experience.I will never ever waste my time applying there. Lack of professionalism. In person interviews should be taken by Managers not by a person holding the same job title because a person holding the same job title would never hire a person better than him/her.
