There were three steps in the process, the final being a super day with multiple interviews. Everyone I spoke with was very nice, but the focus on more situational questions made it clear that this wasn’t the analytical role I was looking for. Recruiter and hiring manager were super responsive through the whole process. After the initial phone interview, had the hiring manager interview about a week after and the final rounds two weeks after that. The final rounds is definitely a marathon, not a sprint. My interview went from 8:30-2:30, with a lunch interview in the middle. Although the interviews went by fast, it's definitely something to keep in mind to pace yourself. Had about 3 brainteasers spread throughout the day, but most of the questions were behavioral questions.
