Unclear process, with too many speaking partners involved. It did not proceed professionally. Some of my mails got lost along the way, without a clear answer. It also took too long.

The process includes the following: You have the initial interview with HR then you’re gonna have the panel interview with the probably the SVPs and head of the department you were placed in and finally you have the psychometric assessment.

Applied through referral, was called in for a walk in interview in the following week. The interview went on for an hour including an excel test. The main outcome was from the excel test which included Index Match, IF Function, create a drop down list with dependent data, creat visualization of data set, calculate market share of a specific brand etc. The interviewers were friendly and gave additional time to complete the excel test

First round - Telephonic interview with HR Second round - Fact to face interview with marketing manager Third round - Interview with brand manager Last round - Interview with brand and marketing manager with respect to salary package and expectations

Asked to prepare a case study on marketing strategy with a full fledged deck covering different aspects of marketing and execution - to be presented to the hiring team, after an initial first round of interview.

Very short interview. Interviewer was nice and attentive, only one interviewer was present in the room. They will explain the job scope clearly to you at the beginning of the interview.
