I interviewed for the job in person with a regional recruiter. This person was nice and not all pushy. I have another interview scheduled. This person even said that my spouse could come along because my spouse would probably have questions also. This person emphasized that it is a commission only job and the income would be slow at first but if I was successful, I could make a lot of money.

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
