The AFLAC interview process is equal parts group sales pitch, corporate overview, and candidate assessment. There were about 12 candidates in my initial interview group. We were given short individual interviews as well. Overall, a process that serves the corporate need for candidates to fill entry level sales positions.

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
