Thank you very much for the constructive feedback. We are a small but growing company, hungry for ways to improve. Since receiving this feedback, we've met as a team and discussed ways to improve our process, especially in providing feedback to candidates directly from the hiring manager. We've also discussed ways in which we can improve our recruiter's presence even when she's under the weather. We deeply care about the candidate experience and are very grateful for this posting.
