Pretty well done. They found me on Hired.com and were professional and friendly right from the get-go. Phone screen was DS question and the person conducting it was friendly and helped me out at times when I felt a bit stuck. After that the onsite was scheduled fast. The first round of onsite was a 2hr coding challenge. I felt nervous and couldn't perform at my best there. There was a lunch with a current employee after that (very healthy meal). The interview was cut short and I was informed that they won't be moving forward. But overall it was a good experience. I came home and was able to solve the coding challenge in minutes. It bums me out because I didn't fail because I didn't know the solution, I failed because I felt nervous and lost mental clarity. Hopefully the company can do something about it. May be coding challenges can be given beforehand?
