None of them are really listening to your answers; they’re mainly checking whether you follow the STAR method. If you don’t follow scripts and instead speak naturally, you probably won’t do well. The interviewers were clearly instructed to listen for STAR rather than the substance of your responses. To top it off, they require you to join another call after rejecting you and refuse to provide feedback via email. Overall, an awful experience and a total waste of time.
