Had a referral from within the company so I was instructed to do the logical online time within a week of submitting my application. Two hours after my test the HR phoned me to notify me I had passed the test, and wanted to chitchat. An in-person interview was then setup for two weeks later. I went to the interview but soon realized I was not the only one there. Within 20 minutes I saw 5 interviewees report to the front desk. The interview itself was not hard. Mostly basic questions regarding previous experiences of dealing with tough people/how to handle certain situations. "Tell me about a time when..." There were about 6 of these and that was it. I would say to expand and be as thorough as you can when answering these questions. My interviewer was typing into his notebook the whole time and I was talking mostly to his computer. Then I never heard back from them ever again. I asked my referral and she said I didn't get in.

You take a simple math test twice, once alone & once while on a Skype call. If you do well they invite you to an in person interview with two random higher ups. If you do well in that interview you get another interview with the manager of the specific division they're considering you for.
