I had a phone interview with a recruiter, who told me that I was well qualified for the position.
After that, she gave me the performance task. She was not very responsive with questions I had on the task and in subsequent emails. Eventually, she told me that the position required Spanish fluency, so I wouldn't be considered for the next round. Highly disappointed in the communication error.

You first submit your application and then you do a technical exam (two excel spreadsheet that basically ask you to analyze and present data) and then you do an interview.

The hiring manager was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. There were three rounds -- one round of a data assignment, a phone screening, and then interview with the direct manager at the school.

First I submitted my resume and was then invited to answer application questions. After the application questions I was invited to a phone screening, for which I had to prepare a presentation based on the information provided.
