The process began with an initial call with HR about my background and experience and they provided company & role details. About a week later, I had a video call with the manager for the position. The call was a little more than an hour. Next, they gave me a presentation assignment with a hypothetical situation. I was given approximately one week to prepare. I met with four relevant decision-making parties and gave the presentation which was followed up with some questions and then lunch.
