I was contacted by email to have a phone interview with someone. The interviewer asked about strengths and weaknesses, educational background, years of work experience, ideal salary. He also spent time providing an overview of the company and its mission.

Apply online. If they like you, then Phone call (45 minutes) and panel interview around 1 hour.
Questions follow star format and they ask about experience with troubleshooting/learning style among other things.
Was ghosted after being told they would contact me within the next week after my panel interview. I have never been ghosted after a panel interview before so I am really shocked at the lack of professionalism.
There was one phone interview in which they assessed the applicant's work experience. Another interview was scheduled in person with a tour of the lab, day-to-day processes, and a review of the resume.
pretty straight forward, no games are being played, always asking the questions that matters. Shows you around their office and clean room, pretty amazing i must say. I don't know what else to say.
