Entrevista
I applied online and took a skills/personality test. I then received a phone call from a recruiter who did a short interview. I didn't hear anything after that for about 4-5 weeks. Out of nowhere I received a call from the HR recruiter who asked me to come in and do a 1:1 interview. He asked situational questions and asked why I wanted to work for AT&T. This is where you really need to sell yourself. I got a call back from him the same day asking me to go to the store where I would be working to meet with the store manager for an interview. The manager really didn't interview me, I was there for about three minutes and we just kind of talked about the store in general. I think they do this just so the store manager can see if he feels you are an outgoing person. After this it went another few weeks until I finally got a call from a different recruiter offering me a job. You will have to do training classes once you are hired. The classes start usually within a month from the day you get offered a job. They last four weeks and can take place far from your home. You do two weeks at class, then one week at the store you would be working at and then one more week in class.

I think I had a great zoom meeting with my interviewer. It was the first stage of the hiring process. They were explaining compensation and the company’s culture and different roles and growth opportunities. She said I would hear back from them and to keep an eye out on my phone for communication from them. So, I don’t know what to expect.
