There were three rounds: 1. Phone interview 2. Aptitude test that lasted for over 3 hours, divided into two parts of 1.5 hours each. The first test seemed like an IQ test and the second one, was a language comprehension test. Neither was difficult. 3. Ops/HR round was also not difficult. I was asked to introduce myself, which was followed by a brief discussion on my test performance.
