I applied through LinkedIn after two weeks the HR called me, and said that my CV one of the best CV that they have received! HR settled a phone interview the next day, mostly about my CV and some simple French question. then one face to face interview with the project Manager and two round of phone interview with top manager from France, a lot of technical with many detail questions and discussion, each phone interview took one hr, then HR gave me appointment for pre-employment full medical exam which took me almost one day and too many exam from head to toes!!!!!
All process took 4 weeks, then HR called me that they need to find another candidate and I need to wait another one month to they can be sure that I am the best candidate!!!
The top Managers are very professional and they had very professional question during interview but the HR acting very unprofessional.
Usually the medical exam should be done when the company sends the written offer!!!
I have almost 25 years of working experience and I have worked for many international companies and I haven’t seen like this , 4 round of interview + full medial exam + background check and low rate salary !!! and then wait up to they find another candidate to compare !!!

The process consists of 4 to 5 rounds. It starts with a 15 min phone call with HR, followed by the first online interview with the line manager. Next is an on-site visit, aimed at selecting the one from the other two, finally comes then interviews with higher-level directors.

Negative experience. HR interviewer asked about salary expectations and after hearing them he closed as fast as possible the interview. The pay for the position was substantially lower compared to the market for the same position.
