Very fast and efficient. I received a call for an interview within about a week of applying. Interviewers were very professional and informative about what they're looking for with respect to the position and the direction of the department.

Nothing out of the ordinary. Questions revolve around background and what can you bring to the company.
Received a phone call inviting to an onsite interview, given an assessment, and followed by 30 minute interview with 2 team members. Told I would hear back within 1-2 days but never heard back and was completely ghosted by the company.

Generic and cliche interview questions: what are your strengths etc
The process was generally ok, they contact via eMail to arrange the interview. There is about 2-3 rounds where you will speak with the head of the department if you pass the first round.

The interviewer asks questions about the standard "tell me about your yourself", then goes into your past experiences if you have any. Questions are also asked about your soft/hard skills.
If a candidate has passed the first two rounds of the interview, a third interview is scheduled. There's a chance that the candidates will have to go through further interviews after the initial ones. These interviews could be with employees, managers, hiring committees, and other staff members of the company.
