Meet the recruiter at a career fair at my university. Was approached by them a month later. Attended an in person interview at my University. Was mostly asked about my work experience. The interview was friendly. This was followed by another in person interview at their campus. Was asked about JavaScript, which wasn't particularly my area of expertise. However, I think they were trying to gauge whether we are willing to learn
Very easy and down to earth. They treat you with respect and work with you during the process. I had 2 total interviews and they were both online. ADP is looking for young and inspiring people to join their culture.

Interview process was 2 rounds, behavioral and technical, the process was really simple and easy to understand what they were asking, associates cared about what I had to say and also had a lot to say about their job as well.
