Was flown from my hometown to Decatur, they provided hotel, food, travel for the two day, one night trip. Dinner with higher up employees that night. Morning was an introduction to the company along with tours of their soybean, and corn facilities. Afternoon they had team building excises, then broke us up into our interviews. My experience was very laid back, no technical questions. About an hour long, with a regional manager, and an engineer. Questions asked were related to hypothetical situations and how i could relate my experiences to how I handled the situation.

Entrevista
Applied online and received an email with a link to an online interview and was asked to record my answers to questions on video. The answers were then reviewed by a team member who then notifies the applicants of the decision.
Online interview took about 30 minutes to complete.

Entrevista
The first interview was at a career fair at my college then they flew me down to Decatur, Illinois for the second one. The second interview was on a Monday and I got an offer that Friday.

Entrevista
The people were extremely friendly and wanted me to interview them as much as they were interviewing me to see if the job would be a good fit for both parties. I talked with them at my career fair and received a next day interview and got my job offer 1-2 days later.
