I was called and told I was selected for an interview. They had me fill out a background check consent form and bring it. It was a panel with 6 people I think. 25 questions. Most were pretty straightforward, some I had to think about. Some fun ones.

Met with two principals and discussed job and qualifications. Very professional and friendly.
Discussed special circumstances and duties. Very informative and encouraging. Displayed understanding of my unique circumstances and offered to assist.

All on zoom with 4 people. None of them smiling. Very awkward. One guy trying to zoom in on my background. They were all instructors and seemed very annoyed to be there and asked questions that had nothing to do with the position.
