I was interviewed by AVP of the region. He just asked me about my previous job type, he basically wanted to know if person is street smart ...is he able to sell the financial products or not
I was called by the recruiter to have a meeting online via teams. Meeting with recruiter that took around 30 minutes. Later was called by the recruiter and asked to have a follow-up meeting with the manager.
There are 2 interview rounds, one round is with the associate and human resource and one with the director of the department, which in my case was the director of the DCM origination team.

It was quite nice and they are fast to answer. They are quite hard on the personality test and how your personality matches with the job.
First: hiring manager interview. Mainly technical questions with some personal questions
