A series of phone interviews by the department manager done over a week. Very professional, intelligent and warm person. Went over my resume as well as described in depth the immediate skills needed for the job. Although I did not get the job due to my lack of experience in the skills they needed, the interviewer was thoughtful and kind as well as having a good sense of humor. I am happy that I had the opportunity to interview with this person.
