short but good. asked a lot of questions. there were two people who interviewed me. It took them approximately 3 weeks to get back to me though. I had to supply 4 references.
It was a smooth sail interview. They asked about what does HR manager do? What did you do in previous job? Doyou see a cultural fit? What is expected salary
Was really amazing, efficient, fast and turn around was really quick. Panel knew what they were doing. The panel was extremely friendly and u felt relaxed. Very intelligent interview panel.
Nothing much came out of interview, very standard process of hiring. can improve their processes to interview people for niche roles. They must hire consultants to get their SOPs refreshed in order to make interview process more meaningful
