Interview Process – Contract Administrator at 2U 1. Initial Phone Interview – Conducted by Nicole, Senior Technical Recruiter. Professional and thoughtful questions on contract review, project management, organization, and problem-solving. I successfully progressed to the practical task. 2. Practical Task – Simulated real responsibilities of the role. The hiring manager reviewed my submission as impressive, which led to advancement to the panel interview. 3. Panel Interview – Conducted by Opal Newton (manger) and Nasmira Bawabhai. Questions were not only duplicates of the initial phone screen but also repeated within the panel itself, requiring me to explain the same process multiple times in different ways. This was unnecessary, frustrating, and a waste of time. Overall Impression – Early stages were professional and effective. The panel interview was redundant and overcomplicated. If a candidate demonstrates the required skills, the outcome should be straightforward—either yes or no.

The interview process flowed well, and I was informed of the steps as they progressed. It was first a video interview, where I had to record myself to answer the questions. Then I had a written assignment followed by a 45 minute interview
