    As our new Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a multicultural team who works closely with Sales representatives, from quotation creation until order booking/invoicing and follow up in SAP.


    Your key responsibilities will be:

    • Processing formal quotes in the public tender process and orders, where accuracy and responsiveness are critical.
    • Interfacing with sales and customers to provide accurate information, solve problems, and serve in a variety of post-sales functions.
    • Serving as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as sales, logistic, installation planning, collections to resolve customer inquiries.
    • Managing and coordinating the end-to-end customer experience by applying broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes and compliance requirements.
    • Identifying and communicating process improvement opportunities to management.
    • Performing routine administrative customer service duties using prescribed procedures

    Qualifications

    • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Native Italian.
    • Time management, multitasking, and effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated customer service focus
    • Strong computer and systems skills, including accurate data entry.
    • Ability to work cohesively with diverse teams and communicate.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Employing a proactive approach, a curiosity to learn, and the ability to take initiative and ownership.
    • MS Office experience with emphasis on Excel. SAP/CRM experience preferred.
