The Brand Marketing intern forms part of the Brand Marketing. Working closely with the Brand Manager to contribute to the annual business plan by creating, planning and executing brand, advertising, new products and packaging initiatives while ensuring the brand is portrayed in the right way.

Job Description

Diving into consumer, market and competition analysis:

Using specialized tools like Nielsen, Kantar & T&A identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement for our brand.

Consumer Activation:

Build cross-functional tools to leverage key marketing initiatives in-store, inviting consumers/shoppers to participate in a Red Bull branded experience. Create and manage consumer incentives tied to brand campaigns.

Advertising and Creative:

Participate on the creation and process of creative pieces for advertising and POS communication in strong collaboration with the respective marketing functions (local & HQ) & creative agencies.Work together with the advertising manager to ensure the ideal campaign media mix.

Product and packaging innovation:

Understand which packaging solution addresses country-specific needs, as well as leads and manages the launch proposal.

Collect learnings and work on new campaign proposals for our Brand Marketing Plan ensuring alignment with national strategy

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, product/brand marketing will be valued.

• Understanding of competitor activity and consumer behavior in a brand and FMCG context.

• Experience turning consumer insights into brand initiatives.

• Experience in branding, consumer activation programs.
