«I do not have anything bad to say about the benefits. They are really good in my opinion.»
For Dental: Two tier dental, one is free, and one is around $7-15 biweekly couldn't remember clearly but only tier two covers crown/implants with benefit of 2.5k per year and ortho lifetime max of $2.5k. They have MetLife which is way better than delta dental as MetLife negotiated rate for implant as of 2023 in Dallas area is only 1350 plus 705 for crown and 650 for abutment, but Oracle coverage pays for 80% of the cost and you only pay 20%. This is the best coverage for dental work I got so far and one of reason I'm staying with the company as doing implant work takes long time for each tooth ie 6 months per tooth so I will be staying long term for my happy smile. Although I did wish if they increase their annual benefit as $2.5k limit is only enough to covers about 1 implant a year, and plan doesn't cover for whitening. Btw I'm a consultant so I meet clients often either online or onsite hence I want to have clean and healthy smile for client meetings. For healthcare, there are 4 tiers. I choose second tier that covers pretty good with $25 copay per visit, $35 for specialist and ER. Doesn't cover x ray or MRI or CT for my back unless I meet the deductible which I really hate however the annual deductible is $400. The monthly
No special or fun perks
benefits are good, better than some other companies
14 weeks of maternity leave
seem to be average to below average for large company
Health insurance plans are good
My management changes every 6 months.
Decent benefits package, but slightly expensive with not many perks
The benefits are ok, they give a set number of sick days and you earn PTO but they don't rollover and they force you to take a week of in December since there isnt much to do.
