IBM es una empresa muy grande y con muchos tipos de empleados. El paquete de beneficios asociodo a la marca de consultoría (GBS) es escaso para los nuevos empleados. No ofrece participación en plan de pensiones privado ni seguro médico gratuito (sí descontándolo del sueldo bruto)

we have a summer schedule that is great. paid vacation, teleworking, parking space, restaurant tickets... Paternity leave should be compensated with more time.
Best is flexibility and work from home. Worst is only a few benefits in my country and no health insurance (only very limited dental).
Best : Flexibility, opportunity to grow skills and empowerment of employees. Worst: Lower side of income for IT companies.
There is not health Insurance.

Health insurance is financed but not totally for free to employees. Restaurant tickets are given, more than enough to eat every work day. There are discounts in several companies depending on agreements because of client-provider relationship.
