The staff discount across all EL brands is great.
You can basically tailor your benefits to your needs. Sadly most of their staff don't earn enough to make use of the perks.
Discount 50%off on all ELC brands. Regular training on brands, product launches etc

Private health insurance is great and easy to access, Holiday purchase is advertised as a benefit but in reality it is not as it can (and has been) denied - not sure this should be included as a 'benefit' then.
