Great benefit coverage and service
For temporary workers (that is 80% of localization department) individual benefits don´t exist in any form that wouldn´t be demanded by law. The last ones (game discount) were cut in 2012 based on assumption that Romania employees don´t have these (but they have an access to internal store, which workers in Spain don´t have.
There is a monthly award where people who contributed greatly to the general success of the company / a success of a project will receive an award and a voucher.
If you are a contractor there are no benefits at all.
There are no benefits for contractors. Permanent employees do get free games, health insurance and others.
Vacation are paid. Chance for training in specific areas. Flexible hours for your working period although you need to perform a minimum amount of hours per week. Free fruit for the department.
Able to take time off when no rush on projects, but no bonuses or salary raises.
The flexible working hours help ensure work/home life balance is maintained, there is a lot of trust placed in the employees to manage their hours to suit the needs of the business and their personal lives.
