    Well, the TLs try to impose rules that they themselves do not adhere to, bank holidays have to be requested otherwise you are expected to work this is not made cear initially.

    Computacenter refuses all sick leaves from the private medical company they are working with for their employees. In case of a sickness which requires +1 day off, employees have to go to public system to get a sick leave after they went to the private medical company, which makes no sense.
