Lo mejor: 30 días de vacaciones al año. Posibilidad de contratar seguro médico/tickets restaurante con parte del sueldo. Lo peor: no jornada intensiva en verano/los viernes, no hay guardería ni sitio para aparcar si vienes en coche.
Flexible working hours, access to subsidised private health treatments
We have a remuneration flexibility plan, where we can spend part of the before-tax salary on benefits like restaurant tickets, transport, kindergarten, etc. This plan allows us to save some money from tax. However, benefits like a daily stipend for restaurant/food on workdays should be guaranteed by the company itself so that we don't have to spend extra money on it. I think this is also many companies are doing. On the other side, they offer free language courses, which are quite useful.
30 days of holidays a year
Almost non existing. There are some possibles but they depend on your salary (position).
There are a number of activities for researchers aimed at team building and scientific collaborations that are not "benefits" as such but are really nice such as the beer sessions, the scientific retreats, the beach volley tournaments, the summer parties, etc
Flexible retribution plan, 30 days of holiday per year, flexible hours, possibility to work from home 1 day per week.
Pro: good language courses, free
They recently implemented a tax reduction system which allow to save up to 1000+€ a year (in case you pay for kindergaten for example)
There's medical insurance to cover any work-related accidents you might have but that is limited to regular working hours (9am to 5pm, I assume since I never needed to use it), which in scientific research makes very little sense once scientists generally put lots of extra hours. There are plenty of holidays: 22 days per year, plus 4 days for Easter and another 4 days for Christmas.
