Antes: lanzaderas, guarderia (de pago) y gimnasio (de pago pero barato). Tras la crisis casi nada, salvo la retribucion flexible de seguros de salud y cosas asi (lo paga el empleado pero se ahorra impuestos).

Vacation, parent leave were good. Also got 2 weeks after getting married. The worst is that they offered a bonus and then "forced" us to decline it.

-gym membership is free (you only have to pay 1.5 Euros for attending classes ) -you have to pay for lunch and are "somehow obliged" to eat in its restaurant.
